I'm am soooo impressed!!!! Alnoor came very highly recommended to me by some other local businesses who said they wouldn't recommend anyone else. He easily could have put me on a waiting list and have charged what drive time was involved. he called me almost immediately and diagnosed what was wrong through a short explanation and some pictures and guided me over the phone on how to fix it. If I ever have problems with my machine again I will be calling him immediately. :).
