Over the past 18 years of dealing with Alnoor I have nothing but the highest respect and regards for his knowledge and workmanship in the Embroidery field. My first machine is still running like new due to Alnoor’s expertise in repairs and maintenance. Within minute of one of many SOS emails responds with step by step instructions to render the problem.
I have asked his advice on more than one occasion pertaining to different suppliers in the embroidery field. If ever I purchase a new machine it would be the TWIGA that Alnoor is handling.
